The Wizards of Waz moved to Maricopa in 2003. At that time, Rancho El Dorado was the only subdivision and it was only halfway completed. The rest of the area, with the exception of a small downtown “core”, was desert and farm lands. We feel fortunate to have been able to watch this properous community grow from a population of 7,500 to over 30,000 in a very short time.

Patti is the “Queen of the Subdivisions!” No one in the state of Arizona knows more about these Maricopa homes than she does. Every subdivision is different and she will find the perfect fit for you. In addition, she has developed close relationships with the builders and knows the best deals on new build and “spec” homes. Bill “Waz”  also specializes in the acreage and Maricopa homes on acreage in the surrounding area. He “drives the dirt” numerous times a week and knows every square inch of the area. In addition, he has teamed with a fellow agent at Fortuna to become Maricopa Short Sales Experts. We currently have over 30 listings of these terrifically priced homes.

Patti and Waz have become very invovled in the community.  They have worked with F.O.R. the local food bank, volunteering at local events, working with the City Counsel, and Chamber of Commerce.  Waz has served on the Board for the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce for several years and was elected President of the Chamber in 2009.
