Maricopa Arizona Homes For Sale – Market Update 30MAY
This is my latest update on the market for subdivision homes in Maricopa AZ. Since the trends have remained realtively steady, I won’t go into any detail behind the numbers this week. You can view last weeks report for more information. That being said, I still can’t believe that inventory continues to drop. There has to be a bottom somewhere. Patti and I have almost memorized all of the properties for sale!!
ACTIVE: 326, down from 345
ACTIVE SHORT SALES: 119, stable from 122.
ACTIVE LENDER OWNED: 54, down from 63
AWC (short sales with offers): 214, down from 229
PENDING: 402, up from 392 This is a good sign that the buyers continue to write offers at a record pace and that closings should continue to be strong for at least the next 30 days.
CLOSED: 51, steady from 53
