Maricopa Arizona Homes For Sale – Weekly Market Report 18JULY
It was a very interestin week as the inventory of Maricopa subdivision homes for sale continued it’s decline after three weeks of stability. I won’t go into any detail on this posting as all of the indicators, except CLOSINGS, remained stable. You can view my prior reports for a more in depth analysis of market trends.
It should be noted that after a slow week for closings, we saw 61 close escrow this past week. That is a VERY strong number! Pending sales have also remained relatively syeady after a slight drop a couple of weeks ago. This would seem to indicate a steady flow of closed sales for at least the next 30 – 45 days. At that point, we will be nearing the arrival of the early “snowbirds” so, unless the lenders begin to release their shadow inventory, we are looking at a very tight market this fall and values have no choice but to increase.
