In response to the post by the great folks at Active Rain, I am hear to say that I celebrated New Year’s Eve and am in the process of celebrating New Years Day doing what I do best, real estate! I’ll left the New Year’s Eve celebrating for those who dare risk the roads on “Amateur Night”.

2011 is going to be my best year ever and, with the large amount of seasonal buyers in town, I’ll wait to celebrate when I close my first deal of the new year.
