I was wondering if and when this might happen. In Maricopa Arizona, we have a LOT of FHA backed loans so their decision could have quite a bit of impact here. I continue to wonder just how long all this is going to take and if it will ever be sorted out. My guess is that sooner or later it will be business as usual and all of the impropriaties will be swept under the proverbial rug.
