My office just received it’s HUD certification and I am applying to become a listing agent in Arizona (BLS Resources). It’s an unusual application as they ask for a marketing plan and also ask a number of questions about your approach to real estate.

Does anyone know where to point me for advice on how to fill out a HUD application?
