I LOVE lists and here is an article about where to buy a home with the least risk of it’s value dropping. I have no idea where they come up with their data but it’s a fun read anyway. Omaha is #1?? No offense to you folks in this beautiful city but I’ll take my chances on on warm weather market. Of course, as I write this, it’s 25 degrees in Phoenix, the coldest day I’ve seen in the eight years I’ve been here.
